Why group bookings need a deposit

Retail tickets are usually paid in full at checkout. Group booking deposits work differently: the airline reserves a seat block against an advance so your party is not competing with last-minute individual sales. The remaining balance is paid before tickets are issued.

Exact deposit amount, currency and deadline depend on airline, sector, cabin and departure date — always follow the written quote, not generic internet percentages.

What happens after you pay the deposit

• Seats / fare are held for the validity window on your quote
• You continue collecting the passenger name list
• Names are submitted before the airline cut-off
• Balance is cleared; tickets are issued under the group PNR
• Our desk stays available for allowed changes
