Airline Group Booking Terms and Conditions

Applicable to all domestic and international flight airlines — IndiGo, SpiceJet, Air India, Vistara, Air India Express, and 100+ carriers worldwide


When you book a group flight (10 or more passengers) through FareHawker for any airline — whether domestic routes within India or international routes to Dubai, London, Singapore, USA, and beyond — the following terms and conditions apply. We work with all major airlines and ensure one clear set of rules so your group travel is smooth and transparent.

1. Who do these terms apply to?

These terms apply to every group booking made through FareHawker / airlinesgroupbooking.com for any flight airline (domestic or international). By requesting a quote, submitting a booking, or making payment, you agree to these terms. FareHawker is your booking partner; the actual flight contract is with the airline. Our Privacy Policy and payment options also apply.

2. Group size — all airlines

A group means at least 10 passengers on the same flight(s) and itinerary. This is the standard across almost all flight airlines we work with — from IndiGo and SpiceJet to Air India, Vistara, Emirates, and others. Minimum and maximum group size can vary slightly by airline and route; we confirm this in your quote. Domestic (within India) and international (to/from India or abroad) both follow the same 10+ rule unless an airline states otherwise.

3. Booking and quotes

Your quote is valid for the time we mention (usually 24–72 hours). Price is not locked until we receive a deposit or full payment as per the schedule. Please give correct traveller names (as on ID/passport), travel dates, and contact details; wrong names or dates can lead to airline correction charges. For MICE and corporate group travel, we can apply custom conditions — just ask our team.

4. Payment

Payment is as per our payment options. For group bookings we usually need an advance or deposit by the due date, and the balance by the date we specify. If payment is late, we may cancel the block and the deposit may not be refunded. Amounts are in INR unless we agree otherwise. Taxes and airline surcharges are included only when we say so in the quote.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the airline and fare type you chose. We may also charge a service or cancellation fee as told at booking. If the airline allows a refund, we process it after we receive it from the airline — this can take several weeks. Non-refundable fares and deposits usually cannot be refunded. For your exact conditions, check your quote or contact us.

6. Name or date changes

Name changes, date changes, or route changes are subject to each airline’s rules and may involve fees or fare difference. Not all group fares allow changes; we will tell you the rules at booking. Send us any change request in writing; we will confirm if it’s possible and the cost before making changes.

7. Baggage and seats

Baggage (checked and cabin) is as per the airline’s policy for your fare. Group bookings do not automatically get extra baggage unless we mention it in the quote. Seat allocation follows airline policy; we can request group seating where the airline allows but cannot guarantee specific seats.

8. Documents and visas (international flights)

For international travel, each passenger must have valid passport, visa, and any other entry/transit documents. We can help with special assistance or information, but we do not guarantee visa grant or entry. If someone is denied boarding or entry due to documents, we are not responsible.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. FareHawker and airlinesgroupbooking.com are operated by FareHawker Travel Jockey LLP. We may update these terms; the version on the website at the time of your booking request applies. If any part is found invalid, the rest still applies. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
