How group booking works is different from buying tickets on an airline app. You request a block for about 10+ passengers on the same flight and dates. The airline (via our desk) returns a group fare with rules. You pay a deposit to hold seats, submit the passenger list before the cut-off, clear the balance, and receive tickets under a group PNR.
What you need before you start

Who this process is for
Weddings, corporates, schools, sports teams, Umrah batches and family reunions. If your party is near 10 passengers on one itinerary, start here — or open the main group booking page for a quote.
How booking works
01
Share travel details
Route, dates, passenger count and group type via form, WhatsApp or phone.
02
Receive written fare options
We compare airlines and send clear group fares with deposit rules.
03
Hold seats with a deposit
Confirm the option and pay the advance to lock inventory.
04
Submit the name list
Finalise passengers before the airline ticketing cut-off.
05
Ticket and travel
Clear balance, get tickets, keep desk support through departure.
A first quote can be quick once details are complete. Holding seats needs the deposit within the airline validity window. Full ticketing follows the name and balance deadlines on your quote.
Usually no. That is a core benefit of group booking — hold first, names later (within rules).
See our group PNR page — one booking reference covering the group block.
