How group booking works is different from buying tickets on an airline app. You request a block for about 10+ passengers on the same flight and dates. The airline (via our desk) returns a group fare with rules. You pay a deposit to hold seats, submit the passenger list before the cut-off, clear the balance, and receive tickets under a group PNR.
