Group Booking Name List

One of the biggest group-booking advantages: you can often hold seats with a deposit before every passport name is ready. Here is how the name list and cut-offs work.

How the name list process works

After you approve a group fare and pay the deposit, the airline holds inventory against your group PNR. You then collect full passenger names (as per passport / ID rules) and submit them before the name deadline on your quote.

Missing the cut-off can risk seats or fare — treat the deadline as firm.

What to include in the name list

  • Full name as on passport / government ID
  • Title / gender where required
  • Adult / child / infant tags and DOB if asked
  • Frequent flyer or special assistance notes
  • One organiser contact for corrections

Name changes after submission

Many group fares allow corrections within a window; some charge fees or freeze names closer to departure. Send changes to our desk with the PNR immediately. Travel-day issues: customer service.
